How does your pricing work?
My pricing is based on visit type (drop-in care or walks) and your location zone. I’ve created a simple zone system to account for travel time, fuel costs, and scheduling efficiency so pricing stays fair and consistent for all clients.
What are “zones”?
Zones are different service areas grouped by distance from my home base. Each zone has a set rate to reflect travel time and mileage. When you inquire, I’ll confirm your zone so you know exactly what your visit rate will be—no surprises.
What is included in a drop-in visit?
Each drop-in visit includes a potty break, walk or playtime, fresh water, feeding if needed, and a quick wellness check. I also provide updates and photos after each visit so you can see how your pet is doing.
Do you offer discounts for recurring weekly schedules?
Yes! Clients with consistent weekly schedules (such as 2–5 visits per week) qualify for discounted monthly package pricing. This guarantees your time slots and provides savings compared to individual visit rates.
What time do visits typically happen?
I operate within a set daily route, and visits are scheduled in time windows (for example 12:00pm-12:30pm) This allows me to maintain consistency and reliability for all clients while keeping travel efficient.
Do I need to commit to a monthly package?
No—clients can choose either per-visit pricing or a monthly package. Monthly packages are recommended for anyone needing regular care, as they offer priority scheduling and better rates.
What areas do you service?
I currently service multiple surrounding areas divided into zones. When you inquire, I’ll confirm whether you fall within my service area and what zone applies to you.
What happens if I need to cancel a visit?
I understand plans change! Cancellations made within my policy window can be rescheduled or credited depending on your service type. Full details are available in my cancellation policy.
